Introduction:
The Millionaire Game plays very similar to the well-known
game show. To win the game, you must answer 15 questions in a row and you will win 1,000,000 (credits here). If you get stuck on a question, you can use a "life line" to help. Some of the "life lines" have
been changed from the TV game show for obvious reasons (There is no audience to help and you can't really phone a friend). Also, a time limit has been added. If you don't answer in time, you will walk away with your current winnings.
Game Interface:
|
A. The hotseat, where the questions are displayed.
B. Your computer, this is where the game commands and the choices for answers are displayed.
C. This shows how much you can win. The arrow shows the money you have earn so far.
D. Your life lines are displayed at the top and the stats for the game right below.

Life Lines:
This lifeline will add 60 more seconds to your time limit. This will give you more time to think or go look up the answer somewhere.
Two wrong answers will be removed from your choices giving you a 50/50 shot at the correct answer.
If you are completely stumped on a question, you can use this lifeline to get a new question. Your time limit will be set back to 60 seconds.
Other Info:
- Each game cost 1000 credits to play. If you don't have enough credits, tough luck.
- After you have reached the 1,000 and 32,000 mark, you will be guaranteed that amount. Even if you give a wrong answer, you will be given that amount.
- You can walk away with your winnings anytime. If you run out of life lines and do not know the answer, let the time run out and you will walk away with your current winnings.
- Netscape users must be running at least 800x600 resolution or the images in the game will be distorted. If you are running 800x600 resolution and the graphics is still distorted, maximize the window and hit the "reload" button.
